Sybrandy is our family name; and we are proud of it! In 2008 we started under the name 'Walburg Staete' with our first major development in Hanseatic city Zutphen. Today 'Staete' stands for a group of professional real estate organizations, better known as the WS Group. In addition to WBS Real Estate, this group also includes Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling, Woonstaete and WS Vastgoed. Professionalism combined with the warmth of family is exactly what gives the WS Group its unique flair. It is precisely this energy that we also want to radiate to our customers.
