Thursday, August 1 was the day: the new tenants of the Woonstaete Woonvilla in Brummen moved into the 24 brand new studios. Not only a lot of fun but also quite an exciting moment... Because, are the tenants as pleased with the end result as we are?

Wow! All 24 contracts have been signed! That the demand for good and affordable housing continues to rise is clear, but that the 24 studios of the new Woonstaete Woonvilla in Brummen would be rented out so quickly was something even we could not have seen coming.
