In 2014, he started his own company, SYNT beheer & onderhoud, providing all kinds of services for private and commercial properties. After several successful years, Pieter realised that his passion had shifted to the real estate brokerage business, so he joined Thoma Post Makelaars in the east of the country as a Junior Property Consultant. After several enjoyable and successful years, he started working as a Property Consultant at AC-Niellsen Limited, where he was responsible for the lease of existing property portfolios. While working for AC-Niellsen Limited, Pieter came into contact with the founders of WeHaveAnySpace (an online supply and demand platform for office buildings/units). He decided to join them as Senior Property Consultant, responsible for Office Lettings in the Greater Amsterdam area.
Pieter joined Spring Real Estate Amsterdam in December 2019 as Senior Real Estate Advisor, where he was responsible for Leasing & Letting in the Amsterdam brokerage team. At the end of 2023, he started in the family business and it was jointly decided to further expand and develop the various businesses into a successful formula in the real estate market. The enterprises currently under the family enterprise are Woonstaete, WS Vastgoed, Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling and WBS Real Estate.
In his spare time, Pieter loves sailing, winter sports, and high-intensity workouts. You can also run into him at one of Amsterdam's many terraces, basking in the sun with family and friends.
