He studied Civil Engineering (organisation) at the University of Applied Sciences Arnhem-Nijmegen, followed by Business Administration with a focus on public housing at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and the SOM Broker & Valuator programme at the Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Deventer. After his studies, Patrick started working as an area and property developer at Nijhuis Bouw in Apeldoorn. He then joined BEMOG Projectontwikkeling in Zwolle as a Development Manager, where he handled many residential and office development projects. His next move was to Ter Steege Vastgoed Apeldoorn as Branch Director.
In 2015 he started his own company OverGelder Real Estate Development and Development Management. From here, he develops housing projects at his own expense and risk and has carried out interim and consultancy work for corporations, developing builders and project developers. Patrick has been working closely with Woonstaete since 2017. In 2023, the collaboration will be incorporated into the joint venture Pro Real Estate Development. As part of Pro Real Estate Development, Patrick performs development management work for Woonstaete, OverGelder, Maker and third parties and provides real estate advice through WBS Real Estate.
In his spare time, Patrick enjoys RPM, high-intensity workouts and running, and he loves art, visiting museums, and spending time with his family.
